لوحة شبام حضرموت – قصيدة من طين وتاريخ
من بين تضاريس حضرموت، تتعانق الأبراج الطينية في شبام كأنها قصائد عمودية نُسجت من ضوء الشمس وظلال الجبال. تُطل اللوحة من علٍ، عبر فتحة صخرية طبيعية، لتكشف عن مدينة تتحدى الزمن، حيث تتراص المباني البيضاء والبنية في تناغم هندسي مذهل، وكأنها نبتت من الأرض لتروي حكاية حضارة ضاربة في القدم.
شبام، التي تُعرف بـ"مانهاتن الطين"، تتجلى هنا كتحفة معمارية، تحتضنها الصخور من الأمام وتحيط بها الهضاب من الخلف، في مشهد يختلط فيه السكون بالجلال. الألوان الترابية تعكس دفء المكان، والفراغات المحيطة تبرز عزلة المدينة وفرادتها، وكأنها تنادي الزائر ليغوص في عمق التاريخ والهوية.

Shibam - Hadramout Painting– A Poem of Clay and History
Among the terrains of Hadramout, the mud towers of Shibam embrace each other like vertical poems woven from sunlight and mountain shadows. The painting overlooks the city from above, through a natural rocky opening, revealing a settlement that defies time, where white and brown buildings align in stunning geometric harmony, as if sprouting from the earth to tell the story of an ancient civilization.
Shibam, famously known as the "Manhattan of Mud," appears here as an architectural masterpiece, embraced by rocks in the foreground and surrounded by plateaus in the background, in a scene where stillness blends with grandeur. The earthy tones reflect the warmth of the place, while the surrounding voids emphasize the city’s isolation and uniqueness, as if inviting the visitor to immerse themselves in the depths of history and herit age.
