شرح العمل بحسب وصف الفنان:
في قلب جزيرة سقطرى الساحرة، حيث تتحدث الطبيعة بلغتها الخاصة، تمتزج الهدوء بالعراقة، وتتنفس الأرض من جمالها الفريد.
في هذه اللوحة الزيتية التي رسمتها بإحساسي قبل فرشاتي، تتجسد فتاة سقطرية جالسة على جانب الجبل، بين الصخور، متأملة بروحٍ صافية ونظرةٍ سارحة نحو الأفق.
تمسك سواكًا من شجرة دم الأخوين، رمز الأصالة والهوية السقطرية، بينما ترتع الأغنام من حولها في مشهدٍ مليء بالحياة والسكينة.
أسفل الجبل، تتلألأ مياه منتجع حومعهل الطبيعية، مقصِد السُيّاح وعشّاق الطبيعة، لتكتمل اللوحة بمزيجٍ من الهدوء والبهاء.

In the heart of the enchanting island of Socotra, where nature speaks its own language, serenity blends with ancient heritage, and the land breathes with its unique beauty.
In this oil painting, which I painted with my emotions before my brush, a Socotri girl is depicted sitting on the side of a mountain among the rocks, contemplating with a pure spirit and a wandering gaze toward the horizon.
She holds a siwak made from the Dragon’s Blood Tree—an emblem of authenticity and Socotri identity—while sheep graze freely around her in a scene filled with life and tranquility.
Below the mountain, the shimmering waters of the natural Homahil Resort sparkle, a destination for tourists and nature lovers alike, completing the painting with a harmonious blend of calm and splend.
